Chceme sa podelit o skusenost s kupou bytu v meste Pattaya cez realitku Roof21. Byt sme kupovali zo Slovenska, lokalitu sme poznali. Na zaklade odporucenia pana Mareka Fedorova, majitela tejto realitky sme sa rozhodli pre byt v kondominiu Tudor Court na Pratumnaku. Pan Fedorov nam sprostredkoval videoprahliadku a vsetko potom uz prebiehalo velmi hladko, az sme boli prekvapeni. O velmi kratky cas sme obdrzali list vlastnictva. V tychto dnoch si uz uzivame novy byt, ktory je este krajsi a dokonalejsi, ako sme videli na fotkach a pri prehliadke. Sme v dochodkovom veku a v tychto dnoch si uzivame krasne dni v nasom milovanom Thajsku a vo vlastnom byte! Chceme tu travit niekolko mesiacov v roku. Naozaj vrucne po vlastnej skusenosti doporucujeme vsetkym, ktori maju zaujem o kupu bytu v meste Pattaya, aby sa s doverou obratili na Roof21 a majitela tejto realitky pana Mareka Fedorova.
