The luxury sea-view condominium project, which carries a development value exceeding 7.5 billion Thai Baht, marks the first Branded Residence by the prestigious Banyan Group in Pattaya. The move signals a major step forward for the development, with the developer emphasizing its commitment to partnering with only the best to ensure world-class quality and precision.

PORNPRANAKORN’s scope of work will encompass all aspects of construction, including structural work, architecture, engineering systems, and hardscape, all executed under strict international standards.

The project is currently targeting an official completion date of December 2028.
The developer also noted plans for the subsequent phase, Building C, which will be launched in late 2026. This highlight tower is planned as a 'Wellness Residence,' focusing on design and services that cater to health-conscious lifestyles with amenities promoting balanced and sustainable living.
