Q: How is rent collection handled, and when do I get paid?
- We setup an agreement with our clients on how they would like to be paid. We can setup monthly transfers once the tenants has paid rent or we can sent every 3 months. You will receive a detailed personalised bookkeeping file tracking all income and expenses. We normally keep the security deposits so when the tenant moves-out, we can give the money back to the tenant without you doing anything.
