  • We have a separate department that only takes care of rentals and we will help you occupy your property. You should also be careful with short-term rentals, as rentals under 1 month are not allowed in Thailand. So why do you find so many offers on AirBnB or Booking.com? The owners simply take the risk and are willing to bear the possible fine. But if you want peace of mind, we offer long-term rentals from 6 months to 1 year contracts and you don't have to worry about anything else. We will select the tenant, accommodate them and take care of all communication for you, including subsequent check-out and condition check.

Property Inspection:
How do you check your apartment after the transfer or after the end of the lease remotely?
    • We focus on the details and in the case of larger properties such as houses and villas, we cooperate with a reputable inspection service, which will prepare a detailed summary of all deficiencies before the property is taken over for use. They will check all deficiencies from leaks, waste to electrical wiring. We also offer property inspection services after renovation, after the end of the lease and in the event of a long-term absence of the owner.

Maintenance:
How will you take care of your property in Thailand?
  • Our team can provide you with a full range of services, from resolving building and appliance warranty claims to solving small repairs or complete remodeling or renovation of real estate. We can provide painting, servicing air conditioners, and repairing a leaking sink for you.
